Jenae Coy

Coach

tnj1202@icloud.com

Coach Jenae brings over a decade of coaching experience to the team—not just in the pool, but on the field too! Before joining our swim family, Jenae spent 10 years coaching youth baseball and soccer, often with her three sons by her side. A lifelong swimmer with a deep love for the water, she now channels her energy and enthusiasm into helping young swimmers build confidence, sharpen their technique, and learn the value of teamwork.

With a coaching style that’s equal parts supportive and spirited, Coach Jenae knows that growth happens both in and out of the pool. Whether she’s cheering on a new swimmer’s first lap or helping the team prepare for competition, her focus is always on encouragement, effort, and fun.

Tyler Lenda

Coach

tylerlenda50@gmail.com

Coach Tyler began swimming competitively at just six years old with Camp Hill Sea Lions and WSY. While he later became a multi-sport athlete, swimming built the foundation for his strength, discipline, and competitive mindset. At Cedar Cliff High School, he earned 13 varsity letters across Football, Swimming, Wrestling, and Track & Field… even balancing swimming and heavyweight wrestling in the same season.

He went on to become a standout high school and collegiate football player at Penn State, later playing professionally in both the NFL and NFL Europe, where he served as a team captain and won a World Bowl Championship.

Coach Tyler began coaching to give his three children the same athletic foundation and life lessons that swimming gave him, and he’s passionate about helping young athletes grow both in and out of the pool.

She swam for East Pennsboro High School from 2005–2008, swimming alongside Coach Leah and with Coach Tina as her head coach! She's spent many years supporting local youth programs, including her time as a summer camp counselor for East Penn Township. Her background reflects a long-standing commitment to helping young athletes grow with confidence.

Outside of coaching, Jenny works in the insurance field at Penn State Health, bringing the same reliability and people-first mindset to her professional life that she brings to the pool deck. When she’s not working or coaching, Coach Jenny loves spending time outdoors, watching baseball, traveling to new places, going to concerts, and being with family and friends. She’s excited to support CAP swimmers and help them build strong skills, positive habits, and a love for the sport.
