Central Aquatics of Pennsylvania (CAP) is a year-round competitive swim team dedicated to providing high-quality coaching and training for athletes ages 5 to 18. Our mission is to foster a love of swimming while developing essential skills both in and out of the pool. Through a focus on technique, discipline, and teamwork, we aim to inspire each swimmer to reach their full potential, whether they're just starting out or aiming for higher levels of competition.

With practices held at the East Pennsboro Middle School Pool, CAP offers a supportive environment where young athletes can grow, build confidence, and achieve their swimming goals. Our experienced coaching staff brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for developing well-rounded swimmers who are prepared to succeed in the sport and in life.
